Eclipse错误:Selected SVN connector library is not available or cannot be loaded

在windows下配置svn的时候，首先安装windows TortoiseSVN 1.8 64位，然后配置服务自动启动，创建仓库，修改svn仓库的验证配置文件，启动svn服务，然后使用TortoiseSVN 的repo-browser打开svn仓库，可以看到项目，打开没有任何异常。
然后使用eclipse导入项目都仓库的时候出项错误：Selected SVN connector library is not available or cannot be loaded。自己使用的eclipse是Version: Kepler Service Release 2 Build id: 20140224-0627，根据eclipse提示，以及windows中可以使用，可以判定应该是svn接连的包没有加载，或者是新版本的kepler没有默认自带。
解决办法：
直接到eclipse的install new software里面add new site:
svn connector -  http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/eclipse/3.0/kepler-site/

下载安装成功之后，再次连接即可。
